Terms & Conditions
1. Service Availability
Drishti Travel CRM provides cloud-based CRM services as per the selected subscription plan. Services are available 24/7 except during scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control such as technical issues or natural disruptions.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not misuse the platform for illegal activities, resell services, share credentials, or upload malicious software. Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Technical Support
Drishti Travel CRM offers standard technical support via email and phone from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Typical resolution time is 24–48 business hours.
4. Subscription Term
Subscriptions begin from the activation date and renew automatically unless cancelled before expiry. Pricing applicable at the time of renewal will be charged.
5. Renewal & Grace Period
A 7-day grace period is provided after subscription expiry. Failure to renew within this period may result in temporary suspension of services.
6. Account Re-activation
Accounts not renewed within the grace period may be deactivated. Reactivation requires payment of all pending dues. Data recovery is not guaranteed after prolonged inactivity.
7. Data Ownership & Privacy
All customer data stored in Travel CRM remains the sole property of the client. We do not sell or share data with third parties except when legally required.
8. Data Portability & Deletion
Clients may request data export within 30 days of subscription termination. After this period, Drishti Travel CRM reserves the right to delete stored data.
9. License & Platform Rights
Drishti Travel CRM grants a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use only. Unauthorized copying, resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
